I like to Thank all the awesome personnel at Teddy Morse HD for performing emergency service of my 2015 Street Glide while I was on a cross country trip from Maine. On Sunday July 16, 2023 I struck an unknown object on Highway 191 near Woodside, Utah and punctured my oil pan and lost all oil in a matter of seconds. I had my bike towed to TDHD Sunday evening and waiting for the shop to open on Monday morning. On Mon July 17, 2023 I met the service writer staff, parts personnel and was treated with a priority to get back on the road. One of the miracles was that the oil pan and gasket were on the shelf, so now I just needed the technician staff to get to my Bike. That afternoon the the mechanic technician had my new oil pan installed and new fluids installed on my Street Glide. I was ready to continue my western states motorcycle trip that same day! I am very grateful for all involved at Teddy Morse HD, especially the mechanic technician who completed the service in minimal time.
