Ed was extremely knowledgeable about questions I had about how to keep my 2021 Road King cooler in hot riding conditions especially in stop and go traffic and gave me options to select from. Once I made my selections he then went to the service department to ensure the installation could be done and an estimated time to do the installation. He then, along with myself, went to Sabrina to get my 20K service schedules alone with the instillation of the parts ordered. Once the parts arrived I work with Sabrina to schedule a date to bring in my Road King for the work. Sabrina keep me informed and when the work was completed.
