My 1999 Springer was back firing thru the Carb. I spoke to Matt in your Service Dept. and he was extremely patient with my questions and listened to me explain what I had diagnosed and agreed. He also advised me not to hesitate to call him if I ran into issues. He gave me the confidence to try the repair while offering helpful advice. I then went to the Parts Dept. and asked for the required parts. Rod offered me pointers on the install of the new parts also.
