First of all, I appreciate that you were open on Monday! John greeted me right away and listened to what happened to me. He eased my anxiety with his 40 yrs experience with BMW and said he would take care of me and do his best to get me back on the road. He thoroughly checked my bikes cooling system out and confirmed things were working before doing the obvious- cleaning out my radiator. He kept his word by calling in the afternoon with news my bike was fixed even though the mechanic worked 4 hrs! The price was fair and I got to meet Teddy Morse too!
