Tranny Issues
These three individuals have helped me on repair issues in the past. On this issue they once again went beyond my expectations. Ed and Rodd both explained what the issue was that needed addressed and advised what Harley Corporate recommended. I then had a lengthy conversation with Matt. He advised me on the process and had the service dept start it. He kept me informed as to the next step, which was completed on time and appears to be working. I was treated with respect and at no time was there a question as to the legitimacy of the issue. Some dealerships have a bad customer relationship, Teddy Morrse Harley Davidson doesn't fall into this arena. Thanks to all involved. SEMPER FI (Employee: Matt Carman, Ed Noland, Rodd Cairns)
